Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CopusLabs LLC, doing business as All Is Well ("All Is Well," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://get-aiw.com, contact us, or take part in our pilot program. We are a small company and we try to collect as little as we can.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Pilot intake form: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and your relationship to the person we would be checking on; the same details for an optional second contact; the first name of the person being checked on; city and state; notes about Wi-Fi, device placement, and daily routine; and how you heard about us.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
  • Text message consent records: the date and time you agreed to receive texts, the IP address and browser information from that moment, and the version of the text-message terms you saw.

Information collected during the pilot

  • Check-in timestamps: when a check-in happens or is missed.
  • Device status: whether the device is powered and connected to Wi-Fi, and similar technical health information.

Information collected automatically

Our servers record your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which we use for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • To review pilot requests, set up devices, and run the pilot program.
  • To send check-in alerts and device status notices to contacts who have agreed to receive them.
  • To send service emails, such as confirmations and consent links.
  • To respond to your messages.
  • To keep our systems secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To keep a record of your consent to text messages.

3. Text messaging and mobile information

If you agree to receive text messages from our "All Is Well pilot alerts" program, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about that program. You can reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only to provide their services to us:

  • Fly.io — application hosting and data storage.
  • Cloudflare — domain name service, email routing, and bot protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend — sending email.
  • Twilio — sending text messages.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces; your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.
  • Tailwind CSS CDN — page styling.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety of people or our systems. If CopusLabs LLC is ever involved in a merger or sale, we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. How long we keep information

We keep pilot data only as long as we need it to run the pilot. Pilot data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days after a household leaves the pilot, and sooner if you ask. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. Records of text message consent may be kept longer where needed to show that consent was given.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict administrative access with a password, and limit who at our company can see pilot data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • You can ask us to stop emailing you.

To make a request, email contact@get-aiw.com. We may need to confirm that you are who you say you are before acting on a request.

8. Children

Our website and pilot program are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will also notify pilot participants by email.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
