How often: Message frequency varies; typically 0–3 messages per day, only when something needs your attention, plus an occasional weekly summary. Message and data rates may apply.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for your plan's details. We do not charge for the messages.
How you opt in
You agree to receive these messages by checking an unchecked consent box on our pilot intake form at https://get-aiw.com/intake, or, if another household member signed you up as a second contact, by confirming through a personal consent link we email to you. You are never enrolled without taking this step.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we may send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from this program. Reply START to resubscribe, or contact us. You may also email contact@get-aiw.com to opt out.
